We had a freeze in Somerville…
So the temperature dropped in Massachusetts this past weekend and everyone scrambled to get their crops in-or at least the ones that cannot tolerate the cold. We picked these from the City Hall garden and are trying to ripen them. There’s a great deal of talk on the best way to ripen green tomatoes. I prefer this gardener’s chillaxed method. If you aren’t the patient type, you could also make something with them. This website had some good ideas and recipes. Do you know of any others? If so, please share…
